Thank you for subscribing to PayPack. We operate on a transparent, subscription-based business model to provide consistent and reliable service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing or subscribing.
1. General Policy
All payments made to PayPack are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated in a written agreement signed by both parties.
2. Trial Period (If Applicable)
If your subscription includes a free trial period, you may cancel before the trial ends without being charged. Once the trial ends and the subscription is charged, the payment becomes non-refundable.
3. Accidental or Duplicate Payments
If you believe a duplicate charge or billing error has occurred:
- Notify us within 7 business days from the date of the charge.

- After verifying the issue, we will issue a refund within 14 business days where applicable.
4. Refund Exceptions
We may issue partial or full refunds under exceptional cases at our sole discretion, including:
- Service not delivered due to technical failure on our end.
- Significant breach of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), if applicable.
5. Service Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but:
- No refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
- Your access will remain active until the end of the paid billing cycle.
6. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us to resolve your issue:
- May result in immediate suspension of your account.
- Will be disputed with full documentation and prior communication logs.
